Did you know that the Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) national office now accepts vehicle donations? Better yet, through our new partnership with Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS), VIM Alliance members can now set up a vehicle donation program for their clinics, too!
Vehicle donations are a great way for nonprofits like ours to diversify funding sources, increase revenue, and attract new donors. CARS is also a nonprofit and specializes in vehicle donation programs for thousands of other nonprofits in North America. With their vast network of licensed auto vendors, donors can receive free and convenient pick-up when they give to the national Volunteers in Medicine office or any participating VIM clinic.
Do you have a car, truck, boat or RV you no longer need? Donate your vehicle to the Volunteers in Medicine national office, and CARS will arrange to have your vehicle picked up for free at a time that works for you. The process is easy, and a team of expert Donor Support Representatives will assist you every step of the way. Simply call 866-789-8464 or submit a secure online donation form to get started. Vehicle donations are tax-deductible— and the proceeds will support Volunteers in Medicine’s work of developing and sustaining a national network of free health care clinics that provide care to America’s medically underserved. Give your car to VIM and give the gift of healthcare to those without access.
Do you want to start a vehicle donation program for your clinic? This program is a new benefit for all VIM Alliance members. Signing up is free and easy! You will also receive marketing materials and helpful tips on how to promote the program locally.
