The 2018 Volunteers in Medicine National Conference will be held on May 3-5, 2018 in Alexandria, Virginia. The Hilton Alexandria Old Town will be the host hotel for the conference. This three-day event will offer an opportunity for networking, professional training and collaboration with VIM Alliance colleagues.
Keynote speakers are leaders in the health and social sectors. Breakout sessions will be presented by VIM Alliance members and other VIM partners. Board members from the national office will be on-hand to present and monitor breakout sessions. We encourage representatives (clinic directors, medical directors, volunteers and board members) from VIM Alliance clinics to participate. We would like to have representation from as many VIM clinics as possible. A limited number of scholarships have been awarded.
The conference fee is $500 per person for conference-related meals and expenses. The discounted rate for rooms at the Hilton Alexandra Old Town is $199 plus tax per night. Book your rooms at Hilton Alexandria Old Town.
